Legal Help Needed - Unjustly convicted!
My name is Jeffery Collins , of Omaha, NE. I am a faithful Christian and a proud American. I am serving a life sentence for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, (over 500 grams), for which I believe I was both unjustly convicted and enhanced. Misinformation given at trial and during sentencing led to these incorrect enhancements. (See 851). These things were challenged during my trial, but were ignored by both judge and jury. I am indigent and require some assistance in preparation for an appeal, case law, or relevant articles on prosecutorial and/or jury misconduct, ineffective assistance of counsel, and evidentiary procedures in the 8th Circuit. I am also interested in any common-law statutes that may pertain to my case.
I'm sure we've heard stories of un-credible witnesses, and manufactured testimony. Well, I bare witness these practices are alive and well. I am asking for any post-conviction and/or re-sentencing assistance.
