I have been searching for months now for specific information how I can request do a request for my sister to be deported out of the USA because she has done half of her sentence already. I only know that the number of this rule is : A.R.S 441-1604.14 My sister is a non US citizen. I really am looking for some information regarding this mattter, because it seems like nobody seems to know that such a thing excists. Please help me out if you can Thanks
